NEW DELHI: The Kutumb Foundation, a non-profit organisation, is organising ''Goal of Life: Soccer with a cause'' for the benefit of street children in Delhi. The second edition of this annual inter-NGO football tournament will be held on October 12, 2003 at R S Junior Modern School, Humayun Road, Delhi between 11 am - 5pm.
''Goal of Life: Soccer with a Cause'' is seen as an opportunity for street children to play and foster the spirit of positive competition, share their experiences with each other and generally have a great time.

The soccer tourney will feature teams comprising street children from 16 NGOs.
The matches will be interspersed with cultural programmes like plays, songs and dances performed by street kids and some college groups. An NGO mela is also part of the event and will showcase work done on issues of social relevance by 21 non-profit organisations. A painting competition open to all children will also be held on the occasion.
UNICEF has extended a letter of support to the Kutumb Foundation for the event.
Meanwhile, soyabean milk refreshments high in protein are being provided to all participants by the American Soyabean Association.
